# 3D Industries

Clothing manufacturers

3D Industries develops private-label technical apparel and accessories through overseas factory partners. Its development team coordinates samples, quality control and bulk logistics, with a Los Angeles pickup warehouse; it does not manufacture garments in its own facility.

- Products: Sportswear / teamwear, Jackets / outerwear, Hoodies / sweatshirts, Hats / caps, Bags / totes, Socks, Workwear / uniforms, Other apparel
- Methods: Cut and sew

## What they make

- Technical jackets, shirts, fleece, hoodies, hats, bags, gloves and socks, including protective and rain gear.
- Children’s apparel and molded hard goods are outside the stated product scope.

## Minimums and pricing

- Typical minimums are around 500 pieces or more, depending on the design and materials. The company says it is not a good fit for startups.

## Samples and lead times

- Pre-production samples follow proto comments, a bulk purchase order and 50% deposit. Written approval releases bulk production.
- Technical or larger projects can take three to six months including sampling, approvals, production and ocean delivery to the USA.
- Sample estimates are 3–4 weeks, with 2–3 weeks quoted for simpler or smaller orders. Agree the schedule for your project.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Quotes may cover Los Angeles warehouse pickup or handover to a freight forwarder in China. Confirm the included freight, duties and tariff adjustments.
- Final shipped quantities may be 5% above or below the order quantity.

## Where they produce

- Production is through overseas contractors. The head office is in Southern California; terms name a Los Angeles pickup warehouse.

## How to order and pay

- Send original or similar samples, tech packs, sketches, photos and measurements for a project quote.
- Usual payment is a 50% deposit with the purchase order and the balance before pickup or forwarding.

## Ask before ordering

- What minimum applies to my materials and design?
- Which factory and country will manufacture my order?
- What sampling and production schedule applies to this project?
- Will the quote cover Los Angeles pickup, China forwarding or delivery to my warehouse?
