## What they make

- Embroidery hoops accommodate designs up to approximately 12 × 18 inches only where garment access allows.
  - Suggested cap heights: low/unstructured 1.8 inches, mid-profile 2 inches, high-profile 2.25 inches, bucket hats 1.8 inches.
- DTG maximum is 16 × 20 inches. Listed pallets include short sleeve 4 × 4, baby 6 × 7, toddler 8 × 10, long sleeve 4 × 18 and youth 10 × 12 inches; pallet size does not guarantee each garment accepts the full area.
- DTF transfers may be bought separately as rolls requiring cutting. Printing width is up to 35 inches, but supplier recommends individual designs no larger than 14 × 18 inches for common heat presses.

- Screen printing front/back limit is 16 × 18 inches. Sleeve printing depends on pallet fit; non-flat areas, pockets/seams/zippers, hoods and other specialty positions are excluded for this method.

- Its methods include DTG, DTF, screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, heat transfer vinyl.
- Production options include on-demand production.

## Minimums and pricing

- Quantity discounts reset when file, method, color or design size changes. Accepted rush work uses multipliers from 1.15× at 5 business days to 2× same-day on product and primary decoration costs.
- Heat-transfer label stock is quoted by project and bought upfront; applying a stored label incurs the current per-shirt heat-press charge.
- Embroidery digitizing is usually USD 50 for a design up to 15,000 stitches, with exceptions; the source accepts existing DST or PXF embroidery files. Stated setup charge, not garment or sewing price.
  - Embroidery digitizing is usually USD 50 for a design up to 15,000 stitches, with exceptions; the source accepts existing DST or PXF embroidery files. Stated setup charge, not garment or sewing price; tax treatment unstated.
- The supplier states there is no formal screen-print quantity minimum, but setup charges apply below 12 shirts.
  - It suggests twelve as an economical batch rather than a strict garment minimum. This March 2026 statement remains subject to the monetary order minimum and job-specific setup charges.
- Each additional placement adds cost. The cost guide differentiates screen-print color count from DTG and DTF design-size pricing and embroidery stitch/design complexity.
  - Each additional placement adds cost. The cost guide differentiates screen-print color count from DTG and DTF design-size pricing and embroidery stitch/design complexity; broad article price examples are not configured production quotes.
- For DTG, non-flat items incur a surcharge.
- No quantity minimum, but USD 20 minimum order. Use the explicit A+ Images answer, not generic industry minimums elsewhere in the FAQ.

## Samples and lead times

- Physical samples are charged at the one-piece rate. Embroidery digitizing includes a photograph of an actual sewout for approval.
- Average standard decoration turnaround is 5–7 business days, depending on blanks, artwork, method and job complexity.
- Embroidery examples can be inspected at the Indianapolis office by appointment; this is not an offer of free bespoke samples.
- Depends on blank availability; some vendor sourcing can wait for freight thresholds or incur shipping fees. Page contains legacy supplier/COVID references; reconfirm timing.
- Public gallery shows example decoration work. A sample gallery does not establish purchasable sample terms or image-reuse rights.

## Artwork and print areas

- Agree a 2–5-character alphanumeric store code before naming files. Each product code/SKU/design ID must match its design filename, using DECORATION METHOD-STORE NAME-FILE DESCRIPTION.
  - Orders specify quantity, design code, exact vendor style/color and size. Nonpreferred suppliers may wait for a freight threshold or incur freight; unclear details may incur processing charges. Ask which currency applies to the separate $100 integration fee and which artwork-resolution rules apply.

## Branding and packaging

- Pad-printed labels use one color within a 2.5-inch-diameter circle and require 300-dpi vector artwork. Supplier recommends pad printing for 24–500 identical labels, DTG below 24, and screen printing for 500 or more.
  - Pad-printed labels use one color within a 2.5-inch-diameter circle and require 300-dpi vector artwork. The supplier advises pad printing for 24–500 identical labels, DTG below 24, and screen printing for 500 or more. These are production ranges suggested for those methods, rather than minimum-order commitments.
- Tagless labels, branded shipping labels, notifications and packing slips; customer-provided promotional inserts without an insertion charge.
- Customer-supplied flyers, stickers, promo codes, business cards and buttons can be inserted without an additional charge.
  - Fulfillment options include branded shipment email/packing slips and the customer's return address/logo instead of A+'s. Tagless printing methods include DTG, screen printing, pad printing and heat transfers; agree garment compatibility and charges. Supplier images/content have separate redistribution restrictions.

## Store integrations and API

- Offers Shopify, Squarespace, WooCommerce, Etsy and other storefront connectors. Supplier claim, not a tested integration.
- The fulfillment offer covers US-based stores, with wholesale onboarding and a signed Eversign form.
  - Named platforms include Shopify, Squarespace, WooCommerce, Etsy, BigCommerce, eBay, Wix, Magento, Inksoft, Amazon, Walmart and Pinnacle Cart; other platforms are by discussion. Setup/hosting of custom stores is offered, and order filtering may include all orders or only A+-fulfilled products. Ask which middleware and technical route apply.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Ships orders directly to customers.
- UPS, USPS and FedEx rates; third-party billing possible. No destination tariff established.
- For small blank orders, A+ Images says it can combine S&S-stocked garments with its own daily vendor order to avoid the vendor shipping charge; other vendors are ordered as needed.
  - Conditional vendor-sourcing arrangement, not free outbound delivery to the buyer or a guaranteed stock/dispatch time.

## Where they produce

- United States. Fulfillment printing is explicitly based in Indianapolis; not the blank's manufacturing origin.
- Describes its own DTG and DTF and embroidery machines.

## How to order and pay

- Wholesale/contract rates require supplier qualification and a supplied password; current public sheet is retail. Tagless printing requires tear-away manufacturer labels and cotton/polyester-compatible garments.
  - Supplied garments must arrive with their manufacturer labels attached; the shop does not remove sewn-in tags, sew in replacement tags or cover existing printed labels. Embroidery can use clean previously worn fabric, including cotton, polyester, blends and vinyl; this method-specific guidance differs from the general new-garment instruction. DTG artwork should be a transparent 300-dpi PNG at final print dimensions in RGB/sRGB; nonconforming file conversion may incur charges.
- Supplier specifically discourages Bella+Canvas blanks for its DTG process and accepts customer-supplied examples at the customer’s risk.
  - This decorator discourages Bella+Canvas blanks for its DTG process and accepts customer-supplied examples at the customer’s risk. Ask about the selected blank; this is its acceptance policy rather than a general quality finding about the brand. DTF needs transparent artwork at final size and 300 dpi; RGB/CMYK are accepted, but Pantone spot colors are not. Application needs a compatible flat, heat-resistant area and commercial heat press. Screen printing needs vector artwork; multicolor art should specify Pantone colors. Special inks or nylon catalysts may add charges.
- June 2026 retail-sheet summary requires new, clean supplied garments and lists USD 0.35 per bag/label removal; the label type is unresolved.
  - Tagless work separately requires manufacturer labels attached, while embroidery accepts clean preworn fabric. The retail sheet excludes reimbursement for damaged customer-supplied blanks. Confirm the applicable method policy before sending goods. Supplier instructions differ by decoration method. Confirm supplied-garment and label-handling requirements before sending goods; do not remove sewn-in care or brand labels on the basis of this summary. DTG page prefers 100% combed ringspun cotton, excludes 100% polyester and recommends DTF for other fabrics. Specialty neon/glitter/metallic inks are not part of DTG.
- Tagless service excludes nylon, water/stain-resistant treatments and items such as jackets, hats, scarves and dress shirts. Suitable ranges include tees, tanks, long sleeves and some sweatshirts.
  - Tagless service excludes nylon, water/stain-resistant treatments, jackets, hats, scarves and dress shirts. It covers suitable tees, tanks, long sleeves and some sweatshirts. DTF fabric options include cotton, polyester, nylon, silk, denim, leather and blends; treated fabrics are excluded and sublimated polyester is discouraged because of dye migration. Blank-apparel quotes generally cover orders placed and paid by noon on Friday of the applicable week; manufacturer cutoffs vary. Inventory and prices can change. Ask for the current blank quote, cutoff and stock; decorated-job validity may differ.

## Ask before ordering

- What is the complete quote for my garment, quantity and destination, including decoration, tax and freight?
- Which garment labels can you apply, and what minimums and charges apply?
- What would a garment sample or prototype cost, and is any fee credited toward production?
- What minimum order quantity applies to my garment, method and size or colour split?
