Apliiq offers apparel printing, embroidery and private-label branding, with both print-on-demand dropshipping and stocked-inventory fulfillment. POD garments have no minimum, while some woven-label and patch programs require separate runs. Samples and bulk purchases are distinct from the dropshipping route.

## Samples and lead times

- Most one- or two-item dropship orders are made and dispatched within a week; artwork approval and blank sourcing can add time.

## Artwork and print areas

- The $7.49 print service covers up to 203 square inches; the selected garment controls usable placement.

- Prepare artwork at its final print size, ideally 300 DPI, and keep high-resolution production files below 20 MB. Transparent PNG is recommended for artwork without a background.

Uploading a larger source or reducing the physical print size improves effective resolution; changing only a DPI setting does not add image detail.
- Transfer gang sheets use RGB PNG artwork at 300 DPI on a 12 × 22 inch sheet. A full sheet measures 3600 × 6600 pixels. Monitor color differences alone do not qualify for a refund or reprint.

- Dropship shipping labels can show the merchant brand with Apliiq’s US return address. The guide requires a US return address for international merchants.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Domestic sample/bulk standard parcels under 16 oz and upgraded parcels over 16 oz are stated at 2–7 days. These are shipping estimates, separate from production.
- Sample and bulk orders can select standard, upgraded or rush services; dropshipping currently uses standard shipping only. Special carriers or multiple destinations can incur extra charges.
- Canada update effective October 1, 2025 describes DDP for parcels under 4 lb and UPS DDU above 4 lb; treatment at exactly 4 lb is not explicit.

## Returns and misprints

- Report order problems within 30 days of receipt; accepted production faults receive a replacement at no charge. Submit the order ID, a clear photo and a written issue description.
  - Apliiq decides whether a fault qualifies. Buyer remorse, wrong sizes, incorrect addresses, artwork below requirements, color matching and unmet subjective expectations do not qualify for remakes or refunds. A sample is recommended before selling a design.
