- Retail prices are in New Taiwan dollars and include tax. Group merchandise is quoted against the brief.
- Creator contract guarantees at least 10% of the customer-paid merchandise amount as creator revenue share, excluding non-product charges; this is marketplace remuneration, not a manufacturing discount.

## Samples and lead times

- Creators buying their own work for sampling or personal use pay a price without their own licensing fee; those purchases generate no creator revenue share.

- Artia says it is not a printing factory and does not operate printing machines. It matches external printers to the product, quantity and budget and coordinates design, proofs and deadlines.

## How to order and pay

- Personal purchase and creator selling accounts are separate. Creators must accept the licensing contract and pass payout checks of identity, tax and bank information.

## Ask before ordering

- Can you specify external-store white-label dropshipping for my order?
- What written production schedule applies to my order, and what starts that clock?
- What would a garment sample or prototype cost, and is any fee credited toward production?
- Can you ship individual orders directly to my customers?
