## Minimums and pricing

- There is no order minimum; a small-print fee applies below 12 pieces.
  - Unit prices fall with larger quantities and rise with smaller quantities.
- Quote prices depend on quantity, item type, artwork needs and design colours.

## Samples and lead times

- Most orders are completed in 5–7 business days; shipping needs extra time.
  - Arrange any physical sample separately.
- Quote pricing and product mockups are prepared for approval before setup and printing.
  - Physical garment sampling terms require enquiry.

## Artwork and print areas

- The quote uploader accepts JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, PSD and AI files up to 10 MB.
  - You can provide ready vector/high-resolution art, request print preparation, or ask for full design services.
- Placement choices include chest, back, left chest and either sleeve.
  - An Other option is also available.
- Illustration, graphic design and web design services are available.
  - The design process covers discovery, proposal, approved concepts, feedback/revisions and final files.

- Local delivery can be arranged, or an order can be shipped to the specified address.
