## Samples and lead times

- Production takes 24-hour turnaround for DTG printing on in-stock garments. Availability and stock qualification retained; not shipping/transit.
- For multiple customer-supplied garments of the same brand/fabric, the store recommends first printing and test-washing one unit. Recommendation, not a free sample entitlement.
- The supplier states in-stock DTG/vinyl orders may be ready in 24 hours; ordered garments or special decoration may take 2–10 days.
