## Samples and lead times

- Turnaround estimates are 5 days for screen printing and direct-to-film, and 4 days for embroidery. Agree the start event and any firm deadline.

## Artwork and print areas

- Approve the mockup or proof before production, checking spelling, placement, sizes and colours. Your artwork stays yours.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Collect orders at the Nepean shop or arrange shipment. Carrier transit claims are handled through the carrier with supplier assistance.

## How to order and pay

- Orders are invoiced separately and normally paid in full before production; a deposit option applies above a stated order-value threshold.

## Returns and misprints

- Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Up to 2% spoilage is not replaced; excess supplier-caused spoilage can be credited or replaced.
- Report problems within 7 days of receipt, with photos where possible, before washing, altering or wearing the items.
- Customer-supplied garments carry the same 2% spoilage allowance and fabric-compatibility risk. Cancellation costs depend on progress.
