## Samples and lead times

- Production averages 5–10 working days; allow longer in summer or before Christmas, counted after the order is fully clarified.
- Fit samples are paid and nonreturnable; they can later be sent for printing and credited to the order. Decorated samples cost extra.

## Artwork and print areas

- Supply editable Portable Document Format, EPS or AI, or print-size PNG/TIF at 300 dpi; outline fonts and use lines at least 0.75 mm, or 1 mm on polos and sweats.

## Branding and packaging

- Garments normally ship folded in stacks of 10; individual folding and polybag packing cost extra.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Shipping covers Germany, the EU, Switzerland and Norway; German standard freight is EUR 10.50 per parcel.
- Germany transit averages 1–2 days; other listed European destinations take 2–6 days, separately from production.
