## What they make

- Customise tees, sweatshirts, polos, caps, jackets, aprons or team uniforms.
  - Named sports include hockey, soccer, baseball, basketball and football. Twenty-piece orders through hundreds are described as examples, not a fixed garment minimum.
- Services include direct embroidery, crests, screen printing, lettering and numbers.
  - Laser cutting and computerized design are also offered. Agree garment compatibility and decoration placement before ordering.

## Minimums and pricing

- The minimum invoice is CAD 25.
  - This is an order-value minimum rather than a garment unit price or quantity requirement. Telephone prices are guidelines; an accurate custom quote requires the design.
- Unpacking, sorting and out-of-town handling can add charges.
  - Minimum unpacking/sorting fee $15 per order. Out-of-town shipping and handling $10 when the order totals under $50. Out-of-town shipping is charged to your courier account. Agree fee currency, tax, decoration/setup and freight in the quote.

## Samples and lead times

- Standard delivery is 10 working days for new setup orders and five for repeats.
  - During March–June and September–December, the stated delivery estimates become 12 working days for new setup/digitizing orders and eight for repeats. Final approval and all goods must arrive at least five working days before the due date. Agree the production-versus-shipping split.
- Rush service is conditional and limited to repeat orders.
  - Repeat-order rush surcharges: 100% for same day, 80% next day, 60% for 2 days, 40% for 3 days, 20% for 4 days and none for 5 days; another rate is 25% per day. Ask which rate and schedule apply; resources and large order volume can restrict availability.

## Artwork and print areas

- Supply vector artwork or a high-resolution bitmap for quoting.
  - A sketch can be developed into usable artwork for an additional charge. Confirm resolution, placements, digitizing and approval costs.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Incoming third-party shipments have separate local and out-of-town rules.
  - C.O.D. is not accepted. Calgary clients must arrange acceptance, sorting, counting and unpacking before warehouse delivery; third-party drop shipments are not accepted from them. Out-of-town clients must give 48 hours’ notice, origin/company/city, product colours/sizes, ordered/shipped quantities and backorders.
- Supply your courier preference and account for out-of-town shipping.
  - Incoming shortages will be reported within 24 hours of receipt. The company excludes responsibility for shortages, lost goods, incorrect shipments and shipping-delay lateness. Ask whether individual-customer fulfillment is available.

## How to order and pay

- Order in person or by email after providing the design.
  - Accepted methods are cash, cheques, Visa, debit and Mastercard. Service is offered in English and Vietnamese. Agree physical samples, final quantities and complete charges before production.

## Returns and misprints

- Used customer garments must be clean and washed before work starts.
  - Dirty or unwashed products are returned for cleaning. The embroidery exclusion list is Lycra, socks, soft leathers, silk, golf bags and wheeled hockey bags.
- Own human-error or machine damage is replaced at wholesale cost, capped at $50 per item.
  - Incorrect or incomplete customer instructions are excluded. The company replaces the item and redoes its own work but does not cover third-party silk-screening. Arrange embroidery, numbering or heat-sealing before third-party screening to avoid uncovered re-screening costs. Agree the cap currency and project-specific terms.
