## What they make

- Screen printing, embroidery and direct-to-garment cover tees, hoodies, caps, robes, lab coats and bags.
- Screen printing uses plastisol and automatic presses; embroidery includes pre-digitised text and raised puff work.
  - Dark garments with light ink can need a white underbase and flash drying. Garments are bought for each order.

## Minimums and pricing

- Screen-print and embroidery projects are quoted from garment and design details.
  - Screen printing uses quantity, fabric/colour, image size, ink count and locations; embroidery uses stitch count, size, quantity and garment style. Agree a fully configured quote.

## Samples and lead times

- Standard production is 5–7 business days once artwork, work orders and payment requirements are met.
  - Written artwork approval and full payment are required unless otherwise agreed; cheques must clear. Larger or complex jobs may take longer. Rush availability and fees depend on the order. Orders are first-come-first-served; transit is separate.

## Artwork and print areas

- Logos need digitising for embroidery; plain text can use pre-digitised fonts.
  - Agree any digitising fee, file ownership and final production file requirements. Showcase sew-out images do not establish a customer sample programme.
- Puff embroidery needs a surface at least 3/16 inch wide, about 5 mm.
  - Very wide areas, fine text and gradients have limitations. The 1/8-inch lowercase lettering example illustrates a constraint rather than a universal minimum. Agree size and suitability.
- Approve emailed artwork and mockups in writing before production.
  - Supplied films, embroidery files and artwork carry buyer risk for bleeding, dot gain, moiré, embroidery quality and related production issues.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Customer drop-shipping is available on request for an additional fee.
  - The shop can send to your customer or another designated location. Agree destinations, freight, transit, packaging and order handling.
- Pickup orders should be collected within 30 days of notification.
  - Uncollected work may be discarded after reasonable contact attempts, including up to three emails and three calls. Shipping insurance is available on request; the shop disclaims carrier loss, damage and delay after dispatch.

## How to order and pay

- Submit orders in writing; phone orders are not accepted.
  - Confirm your artwork rights. The shop can refuse inappropriate or otherwise unsuitable designs.
- Pay in full before production unless agreed otherwise in writing; cheques must clear.
  - A returned cheque incurs a $50.00 fee, currency unspecified. Cash-on-delivery shipments are unavailable. Once an invoice is issued and paid, the order price is fixed.
- Choose shop-supplied garments or provide your own without sentimental value.
  - Advise incoming shipments, label boxes with buyer/project/shop details, and pay inbound freight. Quantities are checked before production and before packing; discrepancies pause work. Check the finished order on receipt or pickup.

## Returns and misprints

- Garment sales are final because garments are ordered for each project.
  - Check styles, colours, sizes and quantities before paying.
- Customer-supplied items carry a stated 3%–4% average spoilage margin.
  - Provide setup/test garments and preferably at least two extra shirts in each size. Sentimental items are not accepted. Position can vary with manual loading, seams and garment size; agree exact placement.
- Printing errors attributed to the shop require return of all affected garments before replacements are made.
  - Customer-supplied garments are normally not replaced; departure from the approved mockup has a separate exception. Agree the applicable remedy before supplying your garments.

## About the company

- Candroy is a family-owned business at 8250 Camino Santa Fe #A, San Diego, California.

## Worth knowing

- The policy says there is no garment inventory but also recommends shop-supplied garments so spare stock can cover mishaps.

## Ask before ordering

- What minimum and fully configured price apply to my garment and design?
- Can I buy a physical sample before the full order?
- What customer-garment spoilage and replacement terms apply to my items?
- What freight, destination, packaging and order-handling terms apply to customer shipping?
