## Minimums and pricing

- Buy ready stock from 1 piece; 200 pieces is a pricing recommendation. Custom colours need 400 polos or 800 round-necks; other custom minimums are quoted.
- Quotes depend on quantity, and custom minimums and prices are agreed by enquiry. GST is extra.

## Samples and lead times

- Paid samples and deposit-backed returnable samples are available; unused returnables must be back within 2–3 days.
  - Samples are paid and arranged after prices are agreed. Returnable samples require a deposit and must be returned within 2–3 days, unused and in good condition; the deposit is refunded after inspection. An actual branded sample costs extra. Ask whether a branded sample is eligible for return.
- Ordinary samples usually ship within a day. Colour-specific samples take 3–4 working days including requested printing or embroidery; the dyeing unit separately gives sample manufacture within 3 working days.

## Artwork and print areas

- Printing needs vector CDR or EPS files with outlined text; embroidery accepts high-quality PNG, Portable Document Format or CDR.
  - Supply the logo and placement for a mockup, plus fabric Pantone references or a printed colour swatch.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- International shipments are arranged by enquiry. Confirm destination, freight and the full production-to-delivery schedule for your order.
  - Urgent jobs using stock colours and styles can be ready in a few working hours. Custom orders have an estimated production-to-delivery interval of about 7 working days, depending on complexity. Agree the destination, start point and production, dispatch and transit split before ordering.

- Garments are manufactured in Tirupur; in-house printing and embroidery units operate in Tirupur and Mumbai.

## How to order and pay

- Supply technical specs or images for custom development. CAD/pattern sampling and private labelling are available.
- Branding is limited to Casablanca garments. UPI, bank transfers, cards and cash are accepted; cheques are refused.

- The FAQ says delivery is included in T-shirt costing, but also says shipping outside Mumbai is extra unless agreed.
