## How to order and pay

## Returns and misprints

- A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required before proofs and production; online orders require full payment.
- Online cancellations must be requested within 12 hours, and 50% is retained unless the supplier fails to deliver.
- Completed and rejected designs may be used in the supplier’s portfolio; editable files require a separate release fee.
