## Shipping and fulfillment

- US shipping uses FedEx ground unless otherwise requested; transit varies by destination.
- International buyers use local distributors or the website where none is available; buyers remain responsible for destination duties and charges.

## How to order and pay

- Order through the website or contact the sales team; confirm the invoice terms for your account.
- Eligible unused, unaltered, non-custom items can be returned within 30 days of purchase with return authorization. Applicable sales carry a 20% restocking fee.
- Embroidered and special-order items and personal protective equipment, including SKILD face coverings, are non-returnable. For third-party purchases, contact your seller.
- Pre-orders are charged in full and have estimated delivery dates; cancel before shipment notice for a full purchase-price refund.

## Returns and misprints

- Pay by Discover, MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Invoice wording gives payment at service and net 30 days; agree the applicable terms. Overdue balances add a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
- California residents and businesses pay applicable California sales tax. Returned checks add a $15 service charge; ask which currency applies.
- Backorders are filled when merchandise becomes available unless otherwise agreed.
