## Minimums and pricing

- Design/logo fees only: USD 45–150 for new design setup; USD 25–50 for editing.

## Samples and lead times

- Specify whether you need a digital or physical pre-production sew-out; ask about its cost and whether a finished-garment sample is available.

## Artwork and print areas

- An in-house team converts artwork into machine-readable embroidery files.
- Provide embroidery size, garment fabric/type/color, embroidery position and PMS or Robison Anton thread colors.

## Branding and packaging

- Finished orders are folded and packed in poly bags.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Split shipments can be arranged.
- UPS, FedEx and in-person collection are offered; ask about shipping destinations, charges and transit time.
- International shipments are not handled.
- USD 3 handling per shipment and USD 4 fulfillment per packaging increment; freight and insurance are extra. Ask whether individual ecommerce orders can be fulfilled.

## How to order and pay

- Net 30 for established customers in good credit standing; new customer credit is reviewed.
- Hats and flats cannot be combined for quantity pricing; Carhartt and special bags incur a 50% surcharge per logo, per piece.

- What authorization and data-reuse conditions apply to API or catalog-feed access for my account?
