## Minimums and pricing

- Caps, hats and beanies have a minimum of 10.
- Small embroidery has four service-price tiers.
  - For logos up to 100 mm and 10,000 stitches, literal $ per item: 1–10 10.00; 11–20 7.70; 21–50 6.60; 51–100 5.50. Currency must be agreed; these service prices do not include a garment. General product-price terms include GST and exclude postage.
- Medium and large embroidery have separate service-price tiers.
  - Medium embroidery up to 150 mm/15,000 stitches; 1–20 $15.00,21–50 $10.00,51–100 $8.80. Large embroidery up to 200 mm/20,000 stitches; 1–20 $25.00,21–50 $20.00,51–100 $12.00. Currency must be agreed; garments are separate.
- Setup, extra stitches, colours and rush work can add charges.
  - Additional charges include logo setup $55; supplied garment embroidery $10 up to 10,000 stitches; medium/large quoted; text $10 per line or $15 for two or more; rush $15 with no stated duration; extra stitches $1/1,000 and colours $1 each above 5. Unpacking is written 0.50c; agree its monetary unit before ordering.

## Samples and lead times

- Sizing samples are paid upfront and can be returned within 7 working days.
  - Return original packaging for full refund, or keep the purchased sample. Embroidery approval is separate: first a digital visual, then a photo of a stitch-out; garment embroidery starts only after full approval.

## Artwork and print areas

- Artwork accepts JPG, JPEG, BMP or EPS at 300 dpi or higher.
  - Incorrect formats incur artwork charges. Existing embroidery files can be DST or EMB.
- Freshly laundered customer garments can be embroidered.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Perth, Australian postal and international delivery options are available.
  - Freight under the terms is literal $12 per Perth carton; express 500 g $15, 1 kg $18, 3 kg $25, 5 kg $30. The delivery page instead gives Perth $15, Australia 3 kg $19.45 and 5 kg $23.45. International freight is quoted. Agree currency and the applicable rate; no transit duration is specified.

## Returns and misprints

- General returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt with conditions.
  - Goods must be in good condition and original packaging. Restocking applies; supplier return-delivery and restocking charges are quoted. This differs from the sizing-sample 7 working-day condition.
