  - The supplier selects the print method unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Worldwide shipping is offered, with weight-based checkout charges.
  - Shipping starts at EUR 10 for parcels up to 15 kg; confirm which destinations qualify and the full charge.
- Brands can arrange inventory storage, pick-and-pack and direct delivery to their customers.
  - This is a bulk-production-then-stock service. Confirm the commercial agreement, eligibility and resale conditions.

## How to order and pay

- Account opening requires two trade references and a banker reference.
  - Full prepayment applies until references are satisfactory. Payment is due by the invoice’s due date, or 30 days from invoice if no due date is given. Terms restrict resale outlets, packaging and trademark use; agree how those clauses apply to your brand route.
