## How to order and pay

- Production requires a usable tech pack plus graphic files for artwork, logos and labels; in-house tech-pack design help is offered.

- Tech packs include full-size-range grading, measurement tolerances and editable source artwork; the client owns the files for use at any factory.
- Accepts bank transfers in USD, EUR or TRY, and stablecoins through licensed exchanges after prior confirmation.

## Returns and misprints

- Sample fees are non-refundable, deductible from bulk orders, and samples cannot be returned. Report production mismatches within seven business days.
