## Samples and lead times

- Create a manual order in the account and use your own shipping address; ask whether any sample-specific discount applies.

## Artwork and print areas

- Upload PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, SVG or Portable Document Format. High-resolution transparent PNG is recommended.
- Print presets control front, back, chest and yoke placements; full print size varies by garment. Front/back presets trim transparent space and scale the design to the available zone, using L/XL as the reference.
  - Left-chest presets suit wide or tall art; the cited ratios are proportions. The back-yoke zone is 3 × 3 inches and begins 30 mm below the collar. Use each product’s guide for exact dimensions. Approximate left-chest artwork proportions are 4 × 3.5 for wider art or 3.5 × 4 for taller art; these are aspect ratios, not guaranteed physical print zones.
- Fill the entire product template, including bleed, to avoid unprinted borders, and keep important elements inside the product-specific safe area.
  - Hide or delete the guide layer before saving PNG, JPG or another accepted format. Templates were updated on 2025-08-12; older artwork still prints, while the revised guides are recommended.

## Branding and packaging

## Store integrations and API

- The REST API supports products, API-store orders, inventory and shipping webhooks on all plans. API orders use a separate store connection and cannot manage orders from direct integrations.

Public downloadable PNG/JPG files are accepted for external-design orders; Google Drive links are unsupported. Product SKU/details and order status are available; external artwork orders require the product dimensions or its preset.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Economy is stated at 2–6 business days in contiguous US. International estimate is 1–4 weeks, but the page retains COVID-era language, so route confirmation is needed.
- The listed shipping exceptions are Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan and Ukraine. Ground/2-day cannot deliver to PO boxes.

- Embroidery has been retired.

## Returns and misprints

- For supplier defects or errors, submit a support request with photos for a free replacement prioritized in production. Mistaken size, design or color choices normally do not qualify for a return, refund or replacement.
