## Artwork and print areas

- Provide vector artwork or 300 DPI raster files, with fonts outlined.
  - AI, EPS and portable document format files are preferred. Artwork is sized and colour-separated before a digital proof is approved. Logo design, illustrations and digitising are available. Maximum dimensions and difficult garment placements need agreement.
- Print colours can stay consistent while garment colours vary within a run.
  - Ink changes may add a fee. Plastisol, water-based and discharge inks are available, alongside puff, glow-in-the-dark and reflective effects. Designs crossing seams, pockets or zippers depend on the garment and artwork review.

## Branding and packaging

- Embroidery includes flat, 3D puff, appliqué, patches and Merrow borders.
  - Traditional chenille and chain stitch suit heavier garments such as varsity jackets; faux versions are offered for smaller, detailed applications. Pantone-matched threads and in-house digitising are available. Confirm dimensions, stitch count, setup costs and approval-sample format.
- Replace manufacturer tags with custom printed or woven labels.
  - Neck, sleeve and hem applications can be sewn or heat-pressed according to the garment. Design and layout support covers labels, neck tags and packaging, with product photography, illustration and editing also offered. Ask about parcel packaging, inserts and individual seller fulfillment.
