## Samples and lead times

- Approve a physical pre-production garment before bulk. Sample fees and credit follow the quote; production normally takes 3–5 weeks after approval, or 4–6 for denim.

## Branding and packaging

- Buyer-only labels, patches, decoration and retail packaging are selected against the approved artwork and garment specification.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Tracked buyer shipments to 40+ countries use quoted DHL and FedEx or air and sea freight. Duties and taxes are excluded unless the quote expressly includes DDP.

## Where they produce

- UK support and approval work is based in Dundee; the factory is in Pakistan. Any specialized outsourcing is identified on the quote.
