## What they make

- Screen printing, embroidery and hybrid screen/digital printing are available for clothing.
  - Ranges include T-shirts, polos, headwear, sweatshirts and team jerseys. Effects include puff, glitter, metallic foil and discharge. Hybrid printing combines a screen-printed white underbase with digital CMYK.
- Customer-supplied garments are accepted after compatibility review.
  - Bagged garments or items with stickers/tags carry an unbagging or handling fee; agree the amount before supplying them.

## Minimums and pricing

- Orders start at 24 pieces with the same design, print size and ink colours.
  - Garment colours and styles may mix within the minimum. Contract printing also has a 24-piece minimum.
- Garment pricing is quoted; artwork redraws and larger sizes carry separate charges.
  - A simple one-design, one-position redraw averages $20; complex redraws can reach about $150. Size additions are $2 for 2XL, $3 for 3XL, $4 for 4XL and $5 for 5XL. Agree currency, garments, setup, tax and freight; these are service/size charges, not garment starting prices.

## Samples and lead times

- Production usually takes 6–8 business days after artwork approval.
  - The order is scheduled after proof approval. Other order estimates are 7–10 business days from payment, varying by season and workload, and a general 6–8 business days. Agree completion, dispatch and transit separately.
- Rush orders depend on workload and add a percentage of the invoice.
  - The posted premiums are 25% for four days, 50% for three, 75% for two and 100% for one. Agree calendar versus business days, the start point and completion stage. Ask separately about physical garment samples.

## Artwork and print areas

- Send EPS, CDR or Portable Document Format artwork; detailed digital squeegee work may accept PNG, JPEG or PSD.
  - Files are reviewed for print readiness. Agree resolution, dimensions, placement and colour specifications.
- Emailed digital mockups usually take 1–2 business days after payment.
  - Review the artwork, request changes or approve it before production. This is a digital proof, not a physical garment sample.
- Buyer-created artwork remains the buyer’s property and is kept for their orders.
  - Agree written file-use, retention and any supplier-created design terms.

## Branding and packaging

- Original shirt sizing labels can be replaced with custom screen-printed tags.
  - Tag-design help is available; agree garment compatibility, design, placement and cost.
- Individual folding, bagging and size labelling are available.
  - Agree materials, charges, inserts and individual customer dispatch.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Free delivery is available on 50+ units in the clothing-brand service.
  - Agree destinations, eligibility, freight, dispatch origin and carrier timing before ordering.

## How to order and pay

- Approve the quote, pay, review the digital mockup and approve artwork before production.
  - A live order link can let each participant pay individually. Contract rates for print/promo businesses require application approval; agree any storefront or order-system integration separately.
