## Shipping and fulfillment

- Shipping is offered to all 50 US states. Standard carrier transit is 3–7 business days, with expedited shipping available by request at extra cost.
  - The shipping policy shows an effective-date string of 08/01/2017; its latest update date is unknown. Production, processing and transit estimates are separate.
- Standard shipping is free for orders strictly over $150; the currency code is unspecified. Appointment pickup and conditional local-delivery discounts are also offered.
  - Shipment rates below that threshold and the local-delivery discount conditions require a quote. Ordinary order shipping does not establish shipping individual orders to a seller’s customers.

## How to order and pay

- Items are made after ordering, with advance payment before work or printing. Buyers are responsible for design rights and final artwork details.
  - The supplier retains rights to commissioned artwork unless a different agreement is made in writing.
- Order processing is listed separately at 3–5 business days after payment and design approval.
  - This is the processing milestone; it does not define a complete manufacturing or dispatch deadline.
