  - The published table adds 10% at 9 business days, 20% at 8, 30% at 7, 40% at 6, 50% at 5, 60% at 4, 70% at 3, 80% at 2 and 90% at 1. Agree availability before ordering.

## Samples and lead times

- A digital proof and size breakdown need written approval before production.
  - Standard order completion is within 10 business days from approval, excluding weekends and holidays. Larger orders typically need a 50% deposit. A digital proof is separate from a physical decorated sample.

## Artwork and print areas

- Send Illustrator vector art with all text outlined.
  - Alternative file types can incur art-preparation charges. The upload list includes GIF, JPEG, PNG, portable document files, EPS, SVG, AI and PSD; agree the chosen format and print placement.

## Branding and packaging

- Finishing includes neck labels, hangtags, UPC labels, sewn labels and bagging.
  - Size stickers and custom packaging are available. Hangtags and packaging can be supplied by you; UPC labels can be produced or applied to hangtags and polybags.

## Store integrations and API

- Web-store fulfillment and store-building services are available.
  - Printavo carries quotes, proofs, price breakdowns and completion estimates. Tracking documents match each order/customer to a tracking number. Ask which connector, order-sync and API functions fit your store.

## Shipping and fulfillment

  - Pick-and-ship service includes supplied or custom packaging. International shipping is available; freight is confirmed for approval before invoicing. Agree destination coverage, dispatch origin and transit separately.

## Returns and misprints

- Report supplier mistakes within 15 days of receipt.
  - After that period the policy treats sales as final, including previously unidentified issues. Agree the remedy and any return-freight arrangements when reporting a problem.
