## Samples and lead times

- Registered businesses may request one free eligible blank or supplier-design sample per product. Individuals are excluded; nonmembers pay JPY 1,100 shipping, and some products are unavailable or charged.
- Eligible businesses can receive one free printed proof item during the program. Extra items and later plate changes each cost JPY 4,400 including tax; this offer has product and eligibility limits.
- Digital artwork review takes an estimated 1–2 business days, then printing and dispatch take 5–7 business days after approval.
- About 3–5 copies from the finished run can be sent elsewhere for JPY 1,100, dispatched with the main shipment; these are not preproduction proofs.

## Branding and packaging

- Sender can be specified; no enclosed transaction documents when recipient differs. Custom packaging and OEM specification changes excluded.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Direct-to-customer shipping depends on the service. Shipping to an address different from the purchaser is explicit, with selectable sender and documents omitted.
