## What they make

- Tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos, vests and tote bags can be supplied and printed.
- Screen printing and direct-to-film transfers are available for small and large garment runs.
- Blank options include Gildan, Earth Positive, Stanley/Stella, AS Colour, AWDis Just Hoods and Westford Mill.

## Artwork and print areas

- direct-to-film transfers production files must be print-size Portable Document Format files at 300 DPI on a transparent background.
- Quote previews accept GIF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, AI and PSD files up to 25 MB.
- Screen-print templates include a 250 mm chest width, back prints up to 480 mm high and sleeves up to 90 mm wide.
- Water-based, discharge and phthalate-free plastisol inks are available; a required white underbase adds a colour and screen.

## Branding and packaging

- Stock labels can be removed and replaced with custom screen-printed inside-neck labels.
- Individual folding and clear self-seal bags with size stickers cost 50 p per item; eco-friendly packaging costs extra. Agree the currency and applicable order charges.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- International orders can ship using a carrier arranged and managed by the purchaser.

## How to order and pay

- You can provide garments for printing or have the studio supply them.
- Quotes, order details and artwork need approval before printing; full or agreed upfront payment activates the order.

## Returns and misprints

- Shop-caused misprints normally receive a replacement, or an item-cost refund when replacement stock is unavailable.
