## Minimums and pricing

- Identical-logo orders can receive 5% off at 20 items, 10% at 50 and 15% at 100.
  - Discounts are discretionary; individual names do not automatically qualify. Size surcharges per garment are £1+VAT for 3XL, £2+VAT for 4XL, £3+VAT for 5XL and £4+VAT for 6XL. Confirm currency and the full quote.

## Samples and lead times

- Plain samples require a deposit; decorated samples cost a premium.
  - Deposit tiers are £10+VAT up to £30 retail value, £20+VAT up to £50, and £30+VAT for the stated “up to and above £100” tier. Agree the gap and applicable tier. Samples must return in perfect condition and be used in the order for a refund. £8.95+VAT sample postage is not refunded.
- Standard order turnaround is 8–10 working days from cleared payment.
  - Express orders usually take 3–5 days at a premium; agree day type, stock and deadline. Slow proof approval/customer response extends timing. This order estimate does not separate production, dispatch and transit.

## Artwork and print areas

- Send product codes, quantities, colours, sizes, logos and each decoration position.
  - Digital proofs show the proposed design. Placement can vary by garment size. Agree file formats, print dimensions and proof revisions.

## Branding and packaging

- A professional packing service is available by enquiry.
  - Regular contract customers can receive preferential rates and free digitising. Agree labels, packing materials, inserts and customer-addressed delivery separately.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Standard delivery costs £8.95+VAT, with free delivery around a £99 order threshold.
  - Agree eligibility at exactly £99: terms differ between orders of £99 and orders over £99. Buyer pays non-UK import charges. Incorrect-address, missed or refused delivery not caused by the supplier can incur £8.95+VAT redelivery. Agree carrier, destination and transit.

## How to order and pay

- Request a detailed quote and pay by BACS or PayPal.
  - Acceptance occurs when design work starts and stock is ordered. Agree proof approval and delivery deadlines before proceeding.

## Returns and misprints

- Report faulty or misdescribed garments in writing within seven days starting after receipt.
  - The defective item can be replaced or refunded, including applicable delivery and reasonable return costs. Bespoke/personalised goods are excluded from ordinary cancellation rights.
- Cancellation after digitising can incur logo setup, garment and administration charges.
  - Before embroidery, charges are £50+VAT logo setup, cost-price garments and £20+VAT administration, subject to personalised-order exclusions. Exceptional stock changes after payment can incur a 20% restocking fee on garment and personalisation prices.
