## Samples and lead times

- Fitting samples take about 2–3 weeks and usually use similar fabric; pre-production samples take about 6–8 weeks in final production fabric.
- Production samples are used for final approval before bulk work.
- After approval, the order enters the factory schedule. Production takes about 2–8 weeks, typically 3–4, depending on the job.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Blank orders are dispatched by courier within 48 hours for the UK programme; this is not a 48-hour arrival promise.
- Bespoke inbound freight to the UK takes about 2 weeks after production. Overseas delivery can be arranged through the freight partner.
- The freight partner can handle customs and clearance, or you can arrange your own transport. Charges and direct customer fulfillment are unknown.

- Start with your brand, budget, target market and production goals. Ideas, sketches or AI images can be developed into manufacturing specifications.
