## Samples and lead times

- Typically 7–10 working days after payment, complete information and final approval, plus transit. Complex labeling can add at least three days. Estimate, not a guarantee; booking confirmation governs.
- Published screen-sampling charges range from GBP 50 for 1–2 colours to GBP 140 for more than eight colours. Confirm garment, setup, tax and delivery inclusions.
- Sampling service for quantities below normal screen minimum order quantity; quote required.
- Usually 7–10 working days after payment/order confirmation subject to stock; finishing may add time. Express eligibility separately quoted.

## Branding and packaging

- Can use customer-supplied custom tags or make them, then attach at agreed positions such as sleeves, hems or hoodie pockets.
  - Label removal includes unpicking, cutting/sewing or partial cutting that retains care instructions; printed inside-neck branding is another option.
- Finishing can include folding, polybags, tissue wrap, size/barcode stickers, swing tags and tickets. Reused shipping cartons are standard practice; fresh cartons can be requested.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- International delivery is available with destination-specific price and timing quoted.
- Per-box delivery; the FAQ uses GBP 12 for a sample box. Collection or a buyer-arranged courier is possible. No destination-wide fixed tariff or tax inclusion established.

## How to order and pay

- Customer-supplied garments limited to supported brands; handling is GBP 0.50 for smaller items or GBP 1 for other items. Finalize the job before sending stock.
- Full advance payment without an approved credit account; approved credit terms are 30 days. Quotes ordinarily exclude VAT and delivery.
- The supplier states all-over printing is not currently offered.
