## Minimums and pricing

- 1–3 ink colors or DTG: 12 pieces; 4–7 ink colors: 35 pieces unless customer accepts DTG. Confirm this quantity rule for the selected garment, decoration method and design, including permitted size and colour mixing.
- For custom embroidered hats, the order quantities are 25 pieces. Hat section only; not all embroidery orders.
- For any order with bagging, the order quantities are 50 pieces. Confirm this quantity rule for the selected garment, decoration method and design, including permitted size and colour mixing.
- Most embroidery digitizing jobs have a one-time $50 fee; custom design typically $60 per hour. Dollar symbol only; setup/design fees are not garment unit prices.

## Samples and lead times

- Standard custom-order turnaround 7–10 business days after requested deposit, approved mockups and complete order/artwork information. Complex jobs, add-ons and late approvals may increase time; transit is separate.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Standard USPS shipping usually takes 2–5 business days after processing. Confirm the carrier service and destination-specific transit estimate after dispatch; production or processing time is additional.
- In-stock orders typically packaged and shipped in 1–3 days. Stock dispatch clock, distinct from 7–10-business-day custom production.

## Returns and misprints

- Exchanges within 10 days of delivery after contacting shop; restocking fee varies; washed or worn items may be refused. Confirm applicability to personalized apparel; condition and restocking qualifications remain.
