## Samples and lead times

- The mandatory first sample costs EUR 100, prepaid and not credited to bulk. Timing estimates differ between 3–4 weeks and 2–3 in the FAQ, depending on complexity; ask which applies.
- Landing page estimates 4–5 weeks with stocked fabric, adding 4–6 weeks when fabric is unavailable; FAQ asks for project-specific confirmation. Production only; shipping time separately depends on selected carrier.
- Bulk quote required.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Delivery options include Business-to-business warehouse/recipient delivery by own vehicles when available, otherwise agreed courier.

- Delivery destinations include United Kingdom.
- Larger landing-page quotations may include FUSH delivery; exact carrier/customs charges and Incoterm must be confirmed.
- No pre-made products stocked. This does not prove seller-inventory fulfillment is unavailable.
- Client warehouse delivery by supplier van when available, otherwise agreed courier; country list uncollected.
