## Minimums and pricing

- Unit prices include agreed printing, embroidery or washing, ironing, QC and standard packing. Ask whether tax and delivery are included and which currency applies.

- Garment dye, acid wash and vintage wash start at 150–200 pieces depending on process.
- Adult denim starts at 100 per style and colour, depending on construction and finish.
- Children’s knits age four and above start at 100–120; children’s denim is assessed by project.
- Partner-produced shirts start at 100 pieces per style and colour.
- Sweaters, cardigans, sweater vests and knitted polos start at 100 pieces per style and colour.
- Custom labels, packaging and accessories have separate minimums and prices in the quote.

## Samples and lead times

- A basic T-shirt sample with one-colour print or embroidery averages €150; 50% is credited against bulk. Special setups and credits vary by project; sample shipping is extra.
- After technical details and prepaid proforma are settled, standard samples take 7–12 working days and specific developments 15–20 days. Ask whether the latter are working days.
- Standard bulk takes 15–20 working days; detailed bulk takes 20–25, after sample approval and deposit. Transit is additional.
- A supplied prepared pattern or existing base pattern reduces the sample price by the pattern fee.
- Custom-developed patterns may receive one pattern/measurement revision and a second physical sample free. Decoration changes and shipping excluded; completely new patterns or further samples assessed separately.
- Reasonable quantities and sizes of fabric swatches are free, with shipping charged.

## Branding and packaging

- Remaining branded accessories may be stored free for 18 months for future orders.
- Labels, hangtags, packaging, custom collars, cuffs, ribbing and logo buttons are offered.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Transport-only or DDP delivery can be arranged; delivery is quoted separately from products and buyers may choose their own carrier.
- Shipping time is additional to manufacturing and estimated according to destination and service.

- Jersey and sweatwear are produced in-house; denim, shirts and sweater knitwear use specialist partners.
- Custom patterns and paid technical files belong to the customer; existing base patterns remain the supplier’s.

## How to order and pay

- Start a project enquiry with a reference image, sketch or physical garment, quantity, colours, fabric preference and decoration details.
- Customer fabric, labels and accessories are accepted. Ask which tech-pack or grading services are available.
- Bulk payment is 50% upfront and 50% before shipment; quotes are valid for 15 working days.
- Developed patterns are kept free indefinitely; an NDA can be signed on request.
