  - The minimum resolution is stated as 300 dpi. Supply a transparent background when required and agree vector-file requirements. Redesign and upscaling assistance can be quoted.
- Artwork can be up to 58 cm wide.
  - Example sizes are 10×10 cm for a pocket print, 28×10 cm for a letterbox print and 28×28 cm for a large print. Confirm the usable area on the selected garment.
- Printing uses CMYK colour, which can differ from RGB screen previews.
  - The company uses an I1 Publisher Pro 3 spectrophotometer for calibration; discuss colour expectations before approval.

## Returns and misprints

- Check the garment colour, size, fit and material before ordering.
