## What they make

- Manufacturing covers tailored clothing, dresses, overcoats, trousers, vests, shirts, knits and uniforms.
- In-house Tajima embroidery covers garments including polos, hoodies and jackets, plus hats and bags. Garments from other suppliers are accepted for embroidery.
- The team supports technical design, patterns and fabric or trim sourcing. Manufacturing quotes start with a garment or tech-pack review.

## Samples and lead times

- Embroidery digitizing can take less than 24 hours; this is a digitizing estimate, with no published bulk-order production schedule.

## Branding and packaging

- Embroidery finishing includes backing removal, thread trimming and polybag folding; steaming or pressing can incur an extra charge.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Manufactured orders are packed by size and style to customer specifications and sent using the customer’s preferred shipping method.

## Where they produce

- Domestic cutting, sewing and embroidery are operated by GIL staff. A separate overseas program uses partner factories; ask which route and operator will handle your order.

## How to order and pay

- Submit embroidery artwork with the required size. You can supply a digitized file or request digitizing, followed by sew-out approval before production.
- Production patterns must be computer-generated for the Gerber cutting room. Confirm the accepted file format and pattern-development scope for your order.

## Ask before ordering

- What garment or embroidery minimum, complete price and development or digitizing charges apply?
- What garment samples, sew-out fees and approval-to-production schedule apply?
- Will my order use the domestic factory or an overseas partner, and which legal operator and country are responsible?
- What dispatch, destination, freight, transit and individual-customer delivery options are available?
