- One-time embroidery digitizing charge: GBP 10 plus VAT per design, retained for future use unless changed. Setup fee only, not garment or embroidery unit price.
- Undecorated stock Turin Premium T-shirt: GBP 8.57 including VAT / GBP 7.14 excluding VAT; freight and variants may differ.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Aims to dispatch plain garments in 2–3 working days and branded items in 5–10 working days. An alternative plain-garment window is 2–5 working days. Ask which applies.
- UK delivery includes separately priced Highlands, Northern Ireland and islands, including Guernsey and Jersey.
- Free mainland delivery for GBP 100 ex VAT / GBP 120 inc VAT in zones A/B only; weight/location conditions apply. Standard delivery starts at GBP 6, Highlands/NI at GBP 15; island tariff GBP 19.95.
- Standard mainland transit is usually next day; Highlands/Northern Ireland usually 48 hours, excluding weekends. These times follow dispatch and are not guaranteed.

## How to order and pay

- Supplied garments must be checked for suitability; buyer assumes responsibility for errors.
  - Confirm supplied-garment acceptance, material suitability, quantity requirements and responsibility for damaged goods before sending clothing.
- Cards, bank transfer, PayPal and cash; credit accounts require checks and approved trade account.
  - Confirm the payment method, deposit or full-payment amount, and the payment and approval steps required before work or dispatch.

## Returns and misprints

- Eligible unused tagged items can be returned within 14 days; personalized items are excluded unless erroneous/faulty. Report defects within seven days. Ask which refund timetable applies, as policies differ.
