## How to order and pay

- Provide complete designs, materials, colours and sizes. Changes after confirmation may add costs and delay production.
- A 30–50% deposit is typical on confirmation, with the balance before shipment unless credit is approved. Bank transfer, letter of credit or agreed alternatives are accepted.
- Late payment may incur 1.5% monthly interest or the legal maximum; confirm the applicable calculation and terms.
- Buyer-supplied designs, patterns and marks remain buyer property and are kept confidential. Supplier-developed samples and prototypes may need separate licences; agree file ownership before development.

## Returns and misprints

- Pre-shipment inspection is available by request, and buyers may inspect at the facility with advance notice.
- Report manufacturing defects within 14 days of delivery with photos and details for free repair or replacement.
- Custom goods cannot be returned without a manufacturing defect. Dye-lot or monitor colour differences are excluded as defects.
- Liability is limited to the affected order’s invoice value, excluding indirect or consequential losses. Confirm order-specific terms and colour tolerances before approval.
