Order by 4 pm Monday–Friday for next-working-day delivery, excluding bank/public holidays; delivery is not guaranteed. Highlands and remote Scotland require a quote. This is delivery timing, not decorated production time.
- EU economy delivery costs GBP 30 below a GBP 45 order value and GBP 50 above it, excluding VAT.
  - Agree the charge at exactly GBP 45. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and remote Scotland require a quote; orders outside Europe cannot be processed online. Warehouse collection requires a phone/email order. Unverified delivery addresses may be replaced by the billing address.

## How to order and pay

- Ordering is trade-only and payment must clear before dispatch.
  - Non-business orders may be refused. Request a separate printing/embroidery quote with artwork and garment details.

## Returns and misprints

- Arrange a return authorisation promptly; non-faulty returns incur 20% restocking and lose delivery charges.
  - Goods must have unopened original packaging and labels; buyer pays return carriage. Special orders, used or decorated/altered goods, underwear and base layers are excluded. Terms give five working days to notify non-faulty returns; policy gives five days. Agree the applicable window.
- Report shortages within 24 hours of receipt and notify faults within the five-day contractual window.
  - Agreed defective goods may be repaired, replaced or refunded with return costs reimbursed after inspection; alteration/use exclusions apply. Non-delivery must be reported within seven days after its due date. Terms allow up to 6% shade variation.
