## Shipping and fulfillment

- The shipping policy gives 24-hour stock dispatch after confirmation and 3–5 days for imprint orders after artwork confirmation. The site notice instead gives 2–3 days for blanks and 10–14 for imprints.
- Orders ship from the Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania warehouse. Free freight is limited to the 48 contiguous states; other destination and charge conditions are unspecified.

## How to order and pay

- A virtual proof shows logo colour, position and size. Approve it or request adjustments before the order is picked and scheduled for printing.
- Credit applications may qualify for 30-day open accounts. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted.

## Returns and misprints

- Stock returns have a 15% restocking fee and distributor-paid freight. Custom products cannot be returned; other returns need authorization and an RGA number.
