## What they make

- Tees, polos and shirts are offered under PIOUS and Hiếu Thảo.

## Minimums and pricing

- A blue printed-logo men’s tee is listed at VND 120,000 in the retail shop. Website prices include tax and packing; freight and other disclosed charges are additional. Custom orders need a separate quote.

## Branding and packaging

- Retail parcels are packed, sealed and labeled for delivery.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Retail delivery is 2–3 business days in inner Ho Chi Minh City and 5–7 in outlying areas, from order receipt. Confirm zone coverage, availability and delay exceptions.
- Nationwide retail delivery is offered. Carrier fees are disclosed at confirmation, with tariff or agreed wholesale freight. A separate free inner-city delivery offer needs destination and order confirmation.

## How to order and pay

- Retail payment options are cash in person, cash on delivery and advance bank transfer, with shipment after transfer confirmation. Confirm the payment arrangement for custom or wholesale orders.

## Returns and misprints

- Retail buyers can inspect before payment without trying garments. Dissatisfaction refusal incurs return freight equal to the delivery fee; buyer-caused opening damage is excluded.
- Retail issues need evidence. The 48-hour notice covers missing accessories, gifts or breakage; return dispatch is within 7 days of receipt. Confirm garment-defect and business-to-business eligibility.
- Eligible faulty orders are exchanged, with equivalent replacements by consent. Applicable refunds take 7 business days from request; the buyer pays transfer fees and return freight.
- For delayed retail delivery, buyers can cancel or keep waiting after notification.
