## Samples and lead times

- One-off vinyl and direct-to-film personalisation can be used to sample garment designs before a screen-print run.
  - Agree the garment, sampling method and charge. This does not promise a free sample or a screen-printed proof.
- New screen-print projects usually allow two weeks for artwork, garment ordering and ink mixing.
  - Agree the start and completion dates. Embroidery disk/sample setup has a 24–48-hour estimate; agree whether this covers a digital disk or physical stitch-out and when it is delivered.

## Artwork and print areas

- Screen printing supports up to six colours with chest, back, sleeve and inside-neck placement.
  - Films are produced in house up to A3; agree actual print dimensions for the garment. New embroidery designs require digitising; existing digitised designs can resize around 20%. Setup is quoted before creation.

## Branding and packaging

- Teamwear personalisation matches each badge, sponsor and number to the correct shirt size.
  - The service aims to return garments neatly bagged. Agree any labels, inserts, special packing and customer-addressed dispatch separately.
