- Agree turnaround before payment; estimates range from 7–10 to 14+ working days.

## Artwork and print areas

- Send artwork at 300 DPI or higher, close to its intended print size; the current maximum print is A3.
  - Most file types can be handled. Artwork amendments and print preparation can carry additional charges.
- Use artwork, designs and fonts that you own or have permission to reproduce.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Orders are posted, with tracking supplied when printing is finished.
  - Agree delivery destinations, freight, carrier and transit time. Split shipping to customer addresses needs a separate agreement.

## How to order and pay

- Request a quote with the product, quantity, size breakdown, colours, design and deadline.
  - A mockup is optional. On accepting the quote, supply artwork and billing/delivery address details.
- Pay the invoice by bank transfer or PayPal; payment receipt is confirmed before the order progresses.
