## Artwork and print areas

- Supply full images at 300 dpi or higher, or at least 1200 × 1200 pixels.
  - Accepted formats are JPEG, PNG, AI, BMP, Portable Document Format, SVG, PSD, CDR and DOCX. Leave background for cropping and supply the full picture. Design, origination and proofs are chargeable; check all proofs before approval.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- UK mainland standard delivery costs £8.95 excluding VAT; delivery is free above £150 excluding VAT.
  - Standard, free, pre-midday and collection options are listed at up to ten working days. Pre-midday costs £19.95 excluding VAT; shop collection is free. Ask for a quote for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Scottish Isles. Agree the start point and dispatch date.

## How to order and pay

- Pay the pro-forma invoice before dispatch unless a credit account is approved.
  - Approved credit is normally 30 days from invoice. Prices include VAT and other taxes unless an item or service states otherwise.

## Returns and misprints

- Returns need written agreement and may incur a 15% handling charge plus carriage.
  - Custom-made items are excluded from ordinary returns. Report damage on receipt with a photo and agree the defect remedy.
- Inspect goods immediately and agree the applicable claim deadline.
  - For general claims, notify within 24 hours and confirm in writing within seven days of possession. Defect claims: write within three days of delivery, return for inspection, and no claim after 14 days. Non-delivery: notify the company and carrier in writing within ten days of invoice receipt.
