## What they make

- Choose tees, hoodies, polos, jackets, tanks, headwear and bags.
  - Women’s, youth, performance and tri-blend ranges are also listed. Confirm the blank style, fabric, fit and available stock for your order.
- Screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-garment, direct-to-film and vinyl are offered.
  - Embroidery options include patches, applique twill, oversized designs and raised puff work; volume contract embroidery is available.

## Minimums and pricing

- Minimums depend on the decoration method and product grouping.
  - direct-to-garment, direct-to-film and vinyl have no minimum. Standard screen printing needs 20 of the same style, brand and colour; mixed sizes are allowed. Embroidery is 6 per style/SKU, with smaller sampling orders carrying a surcharge. Discharge/water-base, puff, glow and tag screen printing require 48.
- Quotes depend on product, ink colours, placements and quantity.
  - Estimates usually remain valid for 30 days and depend on final artwork. Web prices are a guide and may be corrected at ordering; agree currency, garment, decoration, tax and freight.

## Samples and lead times

- Standard screen printing and embroidery take 7–10 business days for qualifying orders.
  - This applies below 500 garments with typical placement/colours, after invoice approval/payment and final artwork approval. Finishing or combined processes add 2–4 business days. Availability and the confirmed invoice schedule govern; design and transit are separate.
- Other pages give different turnaround and rush triggers.
  - Another standard screen/embroidery estimate is 7 business days after artwork approval. A 3-day rush guarantee requires art approval by noon EST. The 7–10-day embroidery estimate instead starts at order contact/estimate approval, before design finalisation. In-hands dates below 7 business days are treated as case-by-case rush, with fees and payment/information requirements. Agree the applicable clock in writing.
- Embroidery orders below six units can be arranged with an under-minimum sampling charge.
  - A digital proof is emailed after a 50% deposit, including for reorders. Agree the physical sample format and fee separately; the emailed proof is not a physical garment.

## Artwork and print areas

- Supply artwork at 300 dpi or as vectors, sized for the physical print.
  - Raster formats are JPG, PSD and PNG; vector formats are EPS, AI and portable document format. Outline all text. Embroidery uses digitised DST or EMB files. Design preparation is usually 48 hours depending on complexity, separate from order turnaround; the posted design fee is $50/hour with dollar currency unspecified.
- Placement and colour tolerances vary by method and garment.
  - Embroidery placement allows ¼ inch vertically/horizontally; lettering below 3/16 inch varies. Print placement is ¼ inch each way at up to 8×8 inches, and ¼ inch vertically/½ inch horizontally at 9×9 inches and larger, with ±10° angle tolerance. These thresholds are not maximum print dimensions. Pantone colours are approximations rather than exact matches; fabric affects opacity, hand and colour.

## Branding and packaging

- Add names, numbers, woven hem tags, custom labels, folding and bagging.
- Kitting, printed inserts and custom polybags, mailers or boxes are available.
  - Apparel and other goods can be assembled into gift or subscription kits. Optional returns support covers fit issues, undeliverable parcels and order/address changes; agree service fees and the buyer-facing policy.

## Store integrations and API

- Online-store connection is offered for merchandise fulfillment.
  - Agree supported platforms, setup, order handling and cancellation procedures for the chosen programme.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Choose preorders, print on demand, stocked fulfillment or a hybrid programme.
  - Timed preorders close before bulk production and individual shipping. print on demand shirts dispatch within 5 business days; preprinted stock usually dispatches within 24 hours of ordering. These are programme dispatch estimates, separate from production-only and transit clocks.
- FedEx, UPS and USPS shipping is offered; freight is normally paid by the buyer.
  - Any sales-representative exception should be agreed with the order. Carrier risk passes after handover. Customer shipping is under your brand; agree geographic coverage, postage and packaging.
- Collect completed pickup orders before the 60-day retention period ends.
  - Uncollected work may be donated, recycled or disposed of without refund or credit.

## How to order and pay

- Promotional products require full upfront payment; most other orders begin with a 50% deposit.
  - Balance is due at pickup or before shipping. Cheques must clear before order start/shipping; approved organisations can apply for Net 30. Review the proof’s sizes, quantities, garment, colours, deadline, spelling, placements and artwork before approval.
- Customer-supplied garments need an itemised spreadsheet or supplier packing list.
  - Email and include the list with delivery. A missing spreadsheet carries a posted $20 per 100 garments recount fee; individually tagged/bagged items may add handling. Dollar currency is unspecified. Garment-cost liability is excluded; misprints reduce the affected decoration-service charge.

## Returns and misprints

- Standard screen printing and embroidery allow 3% quantity variation; specialty work allows 5%.
  - Only fulfilled quantities are billed. Beyond-allowance underruns can be reprinted on request; order extra garments in each size if exact counts matter.
- Report print-quality issues within 72 hours of receipt and check quantities before leaving.
  - The separate equal-value exchange/replacement window is 30 days for manufacturer imperfections, print damage or supplier decoration errors. Exchange is the default unless management approves otherwise.
- Pre-production cancellation after deposit carries a 15% restocking fee plus incurred costs.
  - Printed orders cannot be cancelled; custom sales are final, subject to the separate defect-remedy terms.
- Tell the shop at ordering if your completed design must stay out of its portfolio.

## About the company

- The business contact address is on Mercator Drive in Orlando, Florida.

## Worth knowing

- Terms use 7–10 business days after invoice/art approval and payment; FAQ and embroidery pages state different clocks and triggers. Confirm the written order schedule.
- No-minimum direct-to-garment/direct-to-film does not remove the screen-print or embroidery grouping thresholds; smaller embroidery sampling orders add a charge.

## Ask before ordering

- Which minimum order, grouping and configured price apply to my garment and decoration?
- What physical sample can I buy, and what does the under-minimum embroidery charge cover?
- Which written production, rush and dispatch clock applies to my programme?
- Which store connection, destination coverage, fulfillment fees and return rules apply?
