## Samples and lead times

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Quoted prices include charges; urgent delivery may cost extra. GST for apparel is listed at 5%. Ask whether tax and delivery are included in your quote.
- Multiple destinations require separate orders. Ask whether individual orders can be sent directly to your customers.

## Returns and misprints
