## Artwork and print areas

- Supply vector artwork for vinyl cutting; raster files should be at print size and 300 dpi, and Word or PowerPoint files are unsuitable.
  - Vinyl cutting needs vector AI, Corel-style artwork, EPS or Portable Document Format. Raster PSD, JPEG, TIFF, PNG, GIF and BMP files should be at print size and 300 dpi. Word, PowerPoint and Publisher files are unsuitable. Foreign-language artwork needs a full, accurate English translation that can be independently checked.
- Vinyl suits simple text and solid designs; very small lettering or fine logos can be difficult to embroider.
- Foreign-language artwork needs an accurate full English translation that an independent translator can verify.

## How to order and pay

- Payment is due when ordering; sign and return the garment-decoration disclaimer.

## Returns and misprints

- They replace their own supplied garments damaged during decoration, but do not replace customer-supplied garments damaged in production.
