## Minimums and pricing

- Embroidery has no minimum. One-time digitising: $25–$150 by size and intricacy; artwork: $40 per hour. Card fee: 4%, waived for cash or business checks. Rush: $30 or 30% of the total invoice for larger orders. Ask about currency and the charge for your order.

## Samples and lead times

- Product samples are billed with the ensuing order; without an order, retail price and shipping apply. Decorated samples require prepayment for the product, decoration and setup and use the regular timeline.
- Screen printing, embroidery and vinyl: 10–12 business days after final invoice approval, or 10–12 days after final order approval. Shipping is additional; pickup or paid local delivery may be available. Ask which timing and day basis applies.

- Supplied garments must be new and unworn. Conditions differ: unwashed only, or washed without a decoration guarantee. Ask which applies before sending goods. Supplied-goods terms allow 4% spoilage and limit misprint credit to printing cost.
