## Samples and lead times

## Artwork and print areas

- Standard print approximately 10 × 12 inches; additional small print up to 4 × 4 inches. Confirm the usable dimensions, placement, colour limits and garment-size compatibility for your selected print or embroidery.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Shipping elsewhere in Canada on request. Confirm delivery to your exact address for the selected garment and parcel, including carrier coverage, destination exclusions and charges.

## How to order and pay

- Production starts after written proof approval. Confirm the garment, quantities, artwork approval and written quote needed to place this order.

## Returns and misprints

- Custom items have no change-of-mind returns; printing errors or defects must be reported within seven days.
