## Minimums and pricing

- Screen printing starts at 12 pieces per design; embroidery is quoted per order.
  - Grouping depends on garment styles, colours and print requirements. Customer-supplied apparel has a separate 36-piece minimum per style, needs prior approval and is accepted at your risk. Embroidery has no universal minimum, but setup and production costs still apply.
- Garment, decoration, setup and artwork determine the quote.
  - A 50% deposit generally reserves production; the balance is due before pickup or release unless your written estimate says otherwise.

## Artwork and print areas

- Vector artwork is preferred; embroidery designs require digitizing.
  - Supply vector logos in AI, EPS, SVG or CDR. Fine lettering may need simplifying. Confirm finished size, garment, placement and heat compatibility; artwork rebuilding, separations and revisions depend on your quote.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Timing starts after payment, usable artwork and proof approval.
  - Garment availability and the current production schedule also affect turnaround. A requested date is not guaranteed without written confirmation; rush work depends on capacity.

## Returns and misprints

- Report production errors in writing within 72 hours of pickup or receipt.
  - Send photos and keep the goods available for inspection. Workmanship errors accepted by the shop receive an appropriate correction; approved errors, ordinary wear, misuse and third-party damage are excluded. Custom work cannot be cancelled or refunded once production begins. Eligible apparel changes may incur 35% restocking. Your more specific written quote or invoice controls.
