- Henbury H475 base prices are GBP 13.52–15.12 excluding VAT; with the first logo GBP 17.01–21.11.
  - Base prices are GBP 13.52 for XXS–XL, 13.92 for XXL–3XL and 15.12 for 4XL–5XL where the colour offers those sizes. Decoration and carriage are separate from base garment prices; use the final configuration quote.
- Henbury H475 colour options have three listed size ranges and three base-price bands.
  - Sizes XXS–5XL: Black, White, Navy, Oxford Navy, Royal Blue, Classic Red. Sizes XS–3XL: Light Blue, Mid Blue, Lavender, Kelly Green, Lime Green, Olive Green, Silver, Heather Charcoal, Heather Grey, Red, Burgundy, Bright Pink, Bright Orange, Yellow, Natural, Airforce Blue, Teal, Chocolate, Baby Pink. ## Artwork and print areas

- New logos receive emailed digital proofs for approval before production.
  - PNG, JPG/JPEG, TIFF, GIF, Portable Document Format, EPS, Illustrator and DXF files are accepted. You can use custom text or approved account logos. Send Pantone references for required shades and check spelling, colours and placement; approved mistakes remain the buyer’s responsibility.
- Embroidery and print files remain supplier property unless agreed otherwise.
  - Orders cannot be cancelled after approval. Before approval, cancellation after logo work deducts work already done.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Orders ship by courier or Royal Mail; standard delivery is GBP 7.50 below GBP 75 and free from GBP 75.
  - The hi-vis offer has its own 20+ free-delivery condition. Preferred delivery dates can be selected, but dates are guidance unless contractually agreed. Production follows proof approval; no numeric production or transit clock is promised here.

## How to order and pay

- Choose garments, colours and sizes, add logos and request changes before proof approval.
  - Confirm the full quote, VAT/carriage, approval and requested delivery date. Orders are firm instructions and amendments cannot be guaranteed once work starts.

## Returns and misprints

- Plain items can be returned within 14 days of receipt; buyer pays postage and a discretionary 10% handling charge may apply.
  - Personalised goods are accepted only if faulty, unused and unwashed, with advance written notice; agree the deadline before returning. Approved logo/text mistakes are not faults. Report shortages immediately in writing within three days.
