## Artwork and print areas

- Approve a digital mockup or detailed embroidery proof before stitching.
  - Custom proofs show the design on the item with thread colours. Bulk proofs also show placement and sizing. This proofing service does not establish a physical sample programme.
- Logo digitisation is available, with separate upload formats for custom and bulk work.
  - Custom requests accept PNG, JPG or portable document files; bulk requests also accept AI, EPS and SVG, with a 10 MB limit per file. Agree embroidery dimensions and placement.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- US shipping and local Highland Park pickup or porch drop-off are offered.
  - Bulk shipping outside DFW can be coordinated. Agree freight, transit and destination details, and ask separately about merchant customer fulfillment.

## Returns and misprints

- Event bookings are non-refundable; custom and porch-drop-off orders become non-refundable once production starts.

Liability is capped at contracted fees and indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
- On-site events have separate equipment, access, environmental and overtime terms.
  - Agree protected setup space, power, parking/load-in, an on-site contact and the embroidery menu. Extra items may be declined or charged. Approved overtime is listed at $250 per hour in one-hour increments, currency unspecified; invoices are issued within 48 hours and due on receipt. Payment can accept the event terms before an agreement is signed.
