## Artwork and print areas

- Supply print-size vector artwork or raster files at the recommended 600 dpi.
- A digital proof shows print size, position and colours for approval before printing.

## Branding and packaging

- Finishing includes labels, hem tags, neck prints, patches and polybagging.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Standard orders are bundled by size in branded boxes. Request individual bagging or plain-cover shipping before ordering.
- UK orders use a DPD next-day service; EU orders usually use TNT or UPS with 3–7 working days in transit.

## How to order and pay

- Order online or request a custom quote. Artwork can be uploaded after checkout.

## Returns and misprints

- Payment normally clears in full before processing; discretionary credit terms require approval.
- Print work may be posted on social media unless you opt out before ordering.
- Cancellation after approval can incur admin, restocking and production costs. Report order issues within 14 days of receipt.
